Payment should be made once the invoice is issued. We accept online payment and credit card.

Yes, the price on the invoice is final and inclusive of labour.

3.Does my location affect the transportation charge?

There is no transportation charges as our Serv Partners are assigned at multiple locations.

4. Does Serv offer warranty for the services?

Every service booked with Serv comes with 7 days after sale warranty. Please send an email at booking@serv.my or contact 018-2108110 to claim your warranty

5. Where can I get the official receipt?

The official receipt will be emailed to you. Simply inform our customer support at 018-2108110 if you want us to send a copy of the receipt through other mediums.

6. What can I do if I'm dissatisfied with the services provided?
