Following the announcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO) phase three by the Malaysian government in response to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, SERV’s Service On-The-Go offering would be temporarily put on hold to support in flattening the curve.
As a show of SERV’s commitment and support towards the current measures by the government, SERV is introducing a new promotion for all Malaysians. By pre-booking a service with SERV for dates above 30th April onwards, users are given a special promotion discount of RM50. This will allow Malaysians to plan ahead their car servicing and maintenance in advance after the MCO. SERV is giving out this special deal only if the bookings are made during the current MCO period. Changes on the booking date will be advised with the response to any government’s announcement.
While the Service On-The-Go offering is temporarily on hold, SERV’s 24/7 emergency and breakdown offerings are still in operation. In addition to this, SERV will be prioritizing the request of frontliners, regardless of sector, as a show of appreciation for their dedication, courage and relentless efforts in curbing the COVID-19 outbreak while they fulfill the everyday needs of Malaysians.
