Promotion Period

• The promotion will be valid from 1 August 2020 to 31 December 2020 
• Availability
  1. Each referrer who contributes one (1) merchant is eligible for a RM10 incentive  reward. 
  2. Referral rewards will be credited upon successful sign-ups using the referral  code generated during the campaign period.
• Eligibility
  1. To be eligible for the Promotion, the referrer should meet the follow conditions:
     1. Obtain and share the personalized referral code (“Personalized Referrer code”) to the referral merchant;
     2. Refer only to new merchants who haven’t sign up and verified as SERV Merchants
     3. Ensure the referred new merchants understand this Terms and Conditions including the Eligibility terms;
     4. Receive referral rewards only after the new merchants’ registration and verified as SERV merchants. 
     5. Referral must complete verification process and requirements as SERV merchant. 
     6. Each referrer can only have one unique code  
• Rewards and Prizes
  1. A referral reward of RM10 will be summed up and credited to the referrer by the first week of the following month. The amount will be credited to the provided bank details as registered  in Referrer’s Merchant Account. For each successful referral, the incentives will be credited upon successful sign-up and verified by SERV on a monthly basis. 
• No fraud or violation of terms
  1. SERV Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject or clawback the rewards granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by SERV, activities related to this Promotion. Such activities include but are not limited to fraudulent account details, accounts set up using third party’s information without consent, and other malicious actions.
• Change of Terms and Termination
  1. SERV Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion or terminate this Promotion any time without prior notification.
• Acceptance of Terms
  1. By participating in this Promotion, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.
