Our Refer a Friend campaign is a simple way for our customers to receive discounts for your next service with SERV and to share discounts with your friends.

1. You can invite your friends by sending them your unique referral link provided in the SERV app
2. Your friends must complete their vehicle registration and use your unique code to receive their RM10 credit, which needs to be applied during checkout.
3. When a friend places their first order using their referral credit, you will receive one credit worth RM10 that must be entered during checkout of your next service.
4. You can maximize your shares and receive the RM 10 discount for a maximum of 3 times.
5. You can only redeem one credit worth RM10 per booking.
6. The credits you receive are only valid for bookings of RM180 and above. Credits are valid for bookings of RM 180 or more.
7. You cannot redeem these credits alongside any other offers or vouchers.
8. Your credits are not exchangeable nor refundable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
9. Your discount may not be applied when there is no unique code during the check out.
10. You will receive credits for up to 3 people you invite and who successfully register their first vehicle on the SERV app.
11. SERV Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with effect for the future at any time, to reject or clawback the rewards/prizes granted, or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by SERV, activities related to this Promotion. Such activities include but are not limited to fraudulent account details, accounts set up using a third party’s information without consent, and other malicious actions.
12. SERV Technology Sdn Bhd have the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If SERV modifies these terms, SERV will post the modification on the SERV website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Campaign after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
