1. Does SERV has an app? What is the name of the app?

Yes, our app name is SERV.

2. Where can I download the app?

The SERV app is available on Google Playstore and Apple App Store.

3. How can I make my booking

Simply made your booking through our SERV app or at our website.

4. How can I know on what service is needed for my car?

If you are unsure, simply make a note on the issue when you make your booking. Our service advisor will contact you and make recommendation based on your mileage and the previous serviced mileage. You could also book a car health check with us, where 23 points inspection will be conducted and recommendation of service would be made if required.

5. What is the difference of the Premium Servicing and the Normal Servicing Package?

Premium Servicing Package use the Fully Synthetic Engine Oil which need to be replaced at every 10,000KM interval. The Normal Servicing Package will be using the Semi Synthetic Engine Oil that covers up to 7,000KM only. Both package will include the oil filter and labour. 6. What if I'm not sure the year of my car?

The year of the car is important in ensuring that we provide the right parts of the requested service(s). If you are unsure, simply provide the chassis number at the note section when you make your booking.

7. What is a chassis number and where can I get it?

Chassis number is the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) that represent the batch and model of the car. It is normally located at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield (driver side). If the VIN cannot be found there, open the driver's side door and look at the door post (where the door latches when it is closed). You could also contact our Service Advisor if you need any help.

8. How can I know the price for services that I've booked?

A price quotation will be send to your email within 24 hours after the booking is made. You can simply customised the quotation based on your budget before confirming to proceed with the booking.

9. How can I confirm the booking after receiving the price quotation?

The confirmation of the booking can be made by contacting us at 018-2108110 or by replying to the email at

10. Can I cancel my booking?

Simply inform us at 018-2108110 or by emailing us at about the cancellation. The cancellation is subjected to our policy.
