Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

If you need a refund in respect of any fees or payments made towards the Service or any part thereof, please contact SERV at booking@serv.my or our Customer Support contact line. Subject to SERV’s determining to its satisfaction that your money was wrongly charged from your Account for Payment by SERV due to (i) technical error of SERV where your attempted Transaction does not go through; (ii) services purchased in App was not made available, SERV may refund to your Account such money which was wrongly deducted.

However, we shall not be responsible to settle any dispute that you may have with any merchant for the purchased of goods and services using the Services. You shall be responsible to contact the respective merchants for a refund for products or services purchased from the merchants. We shall not liable any disputes that you may have with the Merchant and you hereby agree to pay us all Fees and Charges and the merchant for the value of the transaction, notwithstanding any dispute.

SERV reserves its right not to refund any disputed amount to you if SERV believe you acted in contrary to these Term and Conditions.

If you need to cancel your order, we will only offer a full refund with a deduction on the transaction fee on paid-for orders if you inform/cancel through mobile application three (3) days before 12:00AM prior to your scheduled appointment date.

 

If you need to cancel your order within the three (3) days before your scheduled appointment date, you will be subject to a partial refund as the cancellation charge. Customers who have paid online will receive a partial refund with a deduction on the transaction fee, while customers who have not paid online will be required to pay the charge over the phone.

 

If you need to cancel your next day appointment, we will only offer a full refund with a deduction on the transaction fee on paid-for orders if you inform/cancel through mobile application within one (1) hour after you have made your payment.

 

If you need to cancel your next day appointment after one (1) hour after you have made your payment, you will be subject to a partial refund as the cancellation charge. Customers who have paid online will receive a partial refund with a deduction on transaction fee, while customers who have not paid online will be required to pay the charge over the phone.

 

If you fail to be present within 20 minutes for your service appointment, you will be subject to a partial refund as the cancellation charge. Customers who have paid online will receive a partial refund with a deduction on transaction fee, while customers who have not paid online will be required to pay the charge over the phone.

 

Similarly, if we cannot service your car because of a problem with your vehicle, including damaged screw, bolts and nuts, cracked oil filter cap, broken oil filter housing, wheels seized on, damaged locking wheel nut keys, leaked oil pan and unable to find suitable space surrounding office or residential building, a RM 50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Refunds for goods ordered will be made at the price stated on the Website/Mobile Application on the date of purchase. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please allow 14 working days for refunds to be processed into your account.

The amount of partial refund will be based on the justifications made by the Company.

 

You shall provide to SERV all necessary information and documents for the purpose of refund upon request. Payment will be processed on a Weekly Basis. Thus, customers that had made payment and cancelled from Monday 0000hrs to Sunday 2359hrs, payment will be processed and you will receive the payment in your account by Tuesday 2359hrs of the subsequent week.

Once we receive your complaints, we will conduct an investigation on it and notify you that we have received your complaints.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the investigation is completed.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card or through online transfer to your bank account and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (depending on your method of payment & card issuer's policies).

SERV has the authority to update these Return & Refund Policy at any time and any amendments may be made without notice to you. We recommend you always be updated with this Return & Refund Policy. By proceeding to access or utilize Our Services after those corrections or changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. In the event that you don't consent to the new Return & Refund Policy, you may stop using the Website and/or Our Services.
